Refund & Return Policy

As you may be aware, custom made products like personalized bracelets cannot be restocked. Currently the industry standard for customized items is a no return or no refund policy if the product has been received according to the order.

If there has been a mistake with an order – either due to a typo or other issues we’ll redo the order and ship it to you at no extra cost. If you detect such issue, please write an email to help@friendlybracelets.com and include a photo where the issue is visible. We’ll process your order and notify you when the replacement has been shipped out.
